Unable to do hard reset with buttons

After receiving one ui 7 update iam unable to do hard reset with buttons any reasons?

I have noticed the same problem.
OneUi 7 does not allow to hard reset by pressing hardware buttons.
Only soft reset is possible.
Please take note Samsung

Recently I googled it this problem they said One UI 7 does not prevent the Samsung Galaxy A34 5G from being hard reset using the physical buttons

Because user experience says otherwise. I tried hard reset through buttons,3 times and failed.

Oh dear.This is an AI reply which is not much reliable,because officially Samsung itself may declare that hard reset through buttons is possible.
If there is any user feedback that he could hard reset with button,I would believe it and try resetting again.

Because without hard reset wiping cache and partitions is not possible. I tried 3 times.But failed.
