Swipe down from top, swipe down settings notification “USB storage added”, you’ll see “Open” and “Unmount” options.

Android 11, One UI Core Version 3.1, Galaxy A12

I am still facing this issue even after Android 12 upgrade in S20 FE 5g.

I have tried all above steps but not getting unmount option in homescreen which I used to get earlier

Try formatting your pendrive or USB device to FAT32 format

Though I have formatted and tried and it didn't worked

But went as per you advice and formatted once again.

And now it started working somehow

Thanks Subham

  • See I have a note20. And after the last major update the advanced option has vanished along with the unmount option. I don't understand why these options have all disappeared. It used to be three dots to get to the advanced settings but is has all gone away. Screenshot_20220416-185051_My Files.jpg
