Truecaller id pop up not working

After upgrading my A70s to Android 10, i could no longer get any caller id pop up on incoming call when the device is locked and this is happening in all truecaller versions since my OTA upgrade. However the same trucaller version works fine in other brand phones. Does anybody have a similar issue?

I had made all the required changes in settings 

Battery optimization, show on top, app doesn't go to sleep etc. But not succeeded

In truecaller settings you can solve that problem

In settings Tap device care there you can put app's at sleep

Make sure ’Show notifications’ is toggled on in your Phone Settings -> Applications > Truecaller.Enable "Draw over apps". Go to your phone settings -> apps -> Truecaller.

If it doesn't work, open truecaller. Go to caller I'd. Click on troubleshoot and then disable all battery optimization.

yes, even tried that and even tried factory reset, still the same issue...

Kindly be informed Truecaller is a 3rd party application which is not from Samsung. As we are trained to handle Samsung software and hardware related troubleshooting, we advise you to contact to the respective application software support. You can reach to the app developer through email channel go to: Play store > select more option> select installed app> click on read more.

You can try after clearing the app cache by following below steps: Go to settings > Apps > More option > Show system apps > Select the application > Storage > Clear cache.

Dear Samsung Support,

I have noticed that Truecaller popuo is not working only when the device is locked only after upgrading device to Android 10. I have tried various settings but no luck. Then I tried couple of other software like Hiya caller ID app from Play Store. They also have the same issue that popup not working when device locked.
So can you please explain whether all caller ID apps are faulty only for Samsung with Android 10 because I haven't had issue in Android 9 version. Moreover same Truecaller popup is working in my other phone with different manufacturer that too with Android 10.
