Truecaller Notification Pop Up

Anyone facing the issue of truecaller not showing notification when someone is calling and you are unable to know before picking up the phone that who is trying to call you?

if you have not opened truecaller...then after 3 days the app goes to sleep automatically...

i have allowed everything in setting for truecaller, it runs in background too and i open that app twice in a day but still the blue pop up window is not coming
