Trouble to turn off the option auto reduce of ringtone volume bar.

I want exact solution for turn off the option of auto reduce the ringtone . When this A7 2018 phone is locked Ringtone will auto reduced. 

Please explain  with screenshots or Proper guide/ step by step.

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

>Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.

>Settings>> sound and vibration>> volume>> Ringtone>> Set the volume accordingly.
