Samsung should be more transparent of what they are adding and removing in the updates. They should provide the timeline of update development process for each of their smartphones.
And yes one more point.
There are so many people who post like "Samsung is worst" or "Redmi and Oppo are better than Samsung" or "Chinese OEM gives way better things than Samsung at the pricepoint" etc etc.
Writing softwares takes time. I still struggle in writing an Array Sort algorithm, and Samsung is writing an entire UI over an OS. Both are different. So its better to understand that SW development is a tough job, and when customizing something to its core in a software takes hell lot of time. And if you think that writing UI is not a big deal, then please leave HTML/CSS out of scope. Writing codes in Java or Kotlin isnt an easy job. Not only UI, you have to write codes in Assembly and C/C++ for camera hardware, bluetooth, which is not at all easy. Bugs will be present every now and then.
Please note, Tumlogo se Samsung ko ghanta **bleep** nhi padhta. Most of the smartphones are somehow backed by Samsung.
Eg:
1. Most of the iPhone displays are manufactured by samsung.
2. ISOCELL image sensor is made by Samsung and are used by Chinese OEMs most of the time.
3. Even Google is asking Samsung to make a custom Exynos for them.

Even if you do not want to buy Samsung, you are still paying Samsung an amount indirectly. I am not saying thatbI am a die hard fanboy of Samsung. Well, I never want to be a toxic fan, or a dumb hater.
