Settings > About Phone > Software Information - Tap Build number seven times to enable Developer option.
Then go back to setting below the About phone you will find Developer option.
Go to Developer option
Then find these three things
1. Windows animation scale
2. Transition animation scale
3. Animatior duration scale
Customize it according to your requirements
If you need faster transition set all three to 5x.
Then go back to setting below the About phone you will find Developer option.
