Transfer files to PC

My A21s isn't recognized by my computer whenever I try to transfer files. 

Any suggestions?

Hi, TumeloM from the dialler on your phone, enter *#0808#.

Under 'USB', select AP.
Under 'USB Settings', select MTP +ADB.

Turn your device off for a few seconds, and then turn it back on again.
