After 3 months with a problematic A73 5G device, the experience with Samsung support in South Africa is an absolute nightmare, they just do not have any reason to assist.
When purchasing a new device save yourself time and trouble and buy a different brand.
Samsung do not know what customer service is at all
It was not a contract upgrade and the retailer will either send the device back to samsung leaving you without a device or tell you to go straight to samsung which I did
Samsung display no interest at all so people need to know this and take steps to ensure they get good value for their money.
