Iam using Samsung galaxy a50 smart phone when iam go to phone setting apps and 3 dots and rest app preferences and reset then my starmaker app crashes but when app clear data then working but when iam go to phone settings apps and reset preferences rest then starmaker stopping send feedback error and come home page why pls suggest me
