System Update

Last system update was Oct 2020, since then i can not update without an error message that i cant update, i need to contact Samsung

Why? It should just let me update?

Backup your data then erase your phone make sure to do a backup then your issue should be resolved

I also had the exact same issue and not visiting a samsung store. to what should we back up our phone to? pc or cloud?
