System UI problem

My phone is a Samsung A06, and since the day it was bought, it has always given me one problem and that's the System UI! It keeps stopping and everytime I agree to close the app, my phone goes black screen pops up and I can't do anything. This has made my phone to lag so much! Sometimes I have to perform hard resets for it to power back on. Any advice????

If your phone is still on warranty then take it back to where you purchased or take to Samsung Repair

Factory reset should solve the problem, and change any system settings that have been altered back to normal.
