Support for conference call option

Hi, I'm using samsung galaxy A12 smart mobile which is manufactured at south korea. In this mobile conference call option not visible while speaking with others. Kindly pls clarify whether option setup possible or not? 

If possible to set up?

OK.. first call anyone when he pick-up the call. Then taps add call and tap merge then conference call started.
