Stereo speaker problem

In my samsung a52s 5g stereo speakers doesn't work when phone rings for incoming call. Except this stereo speaker works fine  in all other apps like youtube, music apps etc

If all users has same issue means, it's disabled by Samsung. But it can be enabled through software update, hope Samsung enabled it.

My A52s stereo speakers are working fine even if incoming calls are coming ... u also listen carefully ..

If it works fine then doesn't need to listen carefully,,, secondry speakers is enough loud,,at the time of incoming call, its sound get reduced like nothing

If possible try to reset your phn after taking backup and then check for the updates. It should be only software issue nothing else. You may not need to go to service centre for that. And for the updates check appa updates also from the samsung galaxy store.

Ohh please bro dont suggest me these kind of stupid ideas,,i have already done all this. Everyone having this handset facing this issue
