Standby Battery Drain Samsung Phones

Hi I think it is a while now and lots of samsung users are facing this issue. It is time for samsung to fix this.

Phone Model: Samsung Galaxy A22 4g

I tried testing this after turning on airplane mode charging my device to 100%.

I have already tried everything liks turning on power saver, adaptive battery and deep sleep apps. Tested by both methods of turning these features on and off.

ISSUE: ~3 percent/hr battery drain even when I am not using my phone and turning on airplane mode.

Also I have replaced a new battery 2 months ago from samsung authorized service center because I thought this will fix the issue but still battedy draining.

Please fix this issue ASAP.

Do you have WiFi calling turned on?

Phone is in airplane mode so doesnt matter but no I have turned it off.

With the power saving routine setup at night, I get 0% battery drain at night.. otherwise its usually 2-3% drain during 8 hours sleep. My phone has only 3700mah battery capacity so overall its not a powerhouse but the optimisation is good

Mine is draining 30% in 9 hours during sleep

Thats really bad. It should not happen that much. Try safe mode and also check wakelocks by using gsam battery monitor. Kuch permission dene padenge with adb. Batteryguru just display which app is causing wakelocks but gsam will give details about the service in the app too

Yes, very much true. The battery is an issue for Samsung phones. Now I turn on the power saving mode after enabling all options, this helps me at night.

Power saving is also not working.. will switch to another brand it is causing issues for me

Ooo ok, before switching,use the phone in safe mode also. The picture will be more clear for Samsung.

Tested in safe mode still seeing battery drain. System UI and One UI is consuming battery in standby
