Sound problem

My samsung A12 doesn't have sound i can't listen to music nor videos when i call someone i must put the phone on loud speaker....i tried taking a video to see and it sayed recording audio with external microphone plz help

Try a soft reset of your device if it doesn't work maybe you should go for a factory reset
