Some features are missing in my A73

Hey I recently bought A73 from Kuwait......and found two important features are missing 

1. Call recorder 

2. Voice focus.

Can anyone suggest if its available or not....

Yeah....I know but those are some important things which are missing also I tried alternative app but its not recoding.

This two features already present in A73. Check carefully.
