Hi Go to your phone settings > Software Update and send the screenshot of the error and make sure you have enough memory, Ensure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Software updates may fail over an unstable connection.If Wi-Fi isn't working, try using mobile data (ensure you have sufficient data).

Troubleshoot Common Issues
a. Clear Cache of Software Update Service
1. Go to Settings > Apps.
2. Tap the three dots (top-right) and select Show system apps.
3. Find Software Update or Software Update Service.
4. Tap Storage > Clear Cache.
5. Retry the update.
b. Reset Network Settings
If the issue is related to connectivity:
1. Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
2. Reconnect to Wi-Fi and try again.
