Software updates on A12

I purchased my Samsung A12 in June 2021.

Will I not get any further software updates ?

Last software I got was was Security Patch of September 2022.

Samsung galaxy A125F/DS not provide any update bro after September security update. The customer service say that Sir, your device is not compatible with android 13 as I can check the three major updates it is compatible with already given.
