I can not updated my phone (Samsung galaxy A12) Android 12 to Android 13.But I received a notification that you phone is ready to update.This notification show me that you have get the update on jan 23.but I have not.

Go to samsung care and upgrade your device if update is availble.

Your device is not eligible for android 13 update because your device comes on android 10 base .Samsung gives major 2 update that you get
