After the latest software Update which I installed on 28th November 2019, I noticed some days later that my phone's notification panel and the quick settings toggles become a bit slower and laggy when I tap or hold any of them to use, it takes about half a second delay to start functioning, may be it is a bug.........
I hope Samsung will fix this problem with the next software Update.
