Are you giving your reason ?? Did you talk to Samsung?? The authority with which you are talking, it appears you are part of Samsung team. Are you?? Let me put you simple question if Dec patch was buggy and causing a lot of discomfort to many users, then should Samsung skip January patch and leave customers in problems??? Is this the way Samsung treat its customers??? even if it skipped the regular update did it have courtesy to inform its customers?? how will Samsung keep trust of its customers??? Let me tell you many customers like me are using this mobile as last Samsung device. For your information January patch was released for many countries except India ( as per some members claim). Does Samsung treat Indian consumers special by not releasing regular updates and directly providing Android 10 well in advance of its schedule????? If you are optimistic about getting Android 10 early, well it s good. everyone is waiting for it But only condition- it should solve all the issues raised earlier. I wish Android 10 upgrade is solution to all the issues raised!!! May the future update be more stable and well tested and least buggy!!!!
