Correct, sometimes adaptive battery can be the issue and i highly recommend turning off ram plus also. Good advice bro👌🏼

Yes I did,I even deleted all my music and videos

Turn off ram plus as it is not needed. It eats into your phones storage and not very useful. Try freeing up more space as filling up your storage slows your phone down. Optimize your phone. Make sure all apps are up to date (play store and Samsung store) and make sure your device is up to date. Samsung recommends restarting your phone once a week but I restart it every 120hours. I suggest doing a hard restart which mostly fixes freezing issues, google how to do it on a Samsung

Try not to have so many apps on your phone that you do not need at all and keep your phone simple and not clustered with things all over
