Slow Mo Recording problem in A7 2018

I guess Samsung company is not at all interested in solving  customers problems. Still no new update for the Slow mo recording problem. Even the technical staff are not aware of the issue. Made a mistake buying Samsung mobile, it's worthless after paying a decent amount for the  mobile. Hope the technical staff does something about this.

yes its flickering in slo mo mode

see slow mo record normally take shots at 960fps..you need clear sunlight or any studio light...if you record slow mo vedio inside room light or under led light definitely it will flicker...960fps neet clear light..it's normal phenomena 👍👍and physics

even I'm having display problem in my A7. I even went to service centre but they r giving me wrong information. There's a mark on my upper side of screen they told me its bcoz of tempered glass but after requesting they changed my display and told me not to apply tempered glass and I didn't apply any protector but after 1 month that mark came again and they're not solving it
