Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to help resolve the issue;
Soft reset your phone: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Press and holding the power and volume down buttons until the device restarts ( this will not erase data, it is just to reboot the device)
Clear cache of the launcher app: Go to Settings > Apps > [Your launcher app] > Storage > Clear Cache. This can sometimes fix issues with the launcher app.
Reset app preferences: Go to Settings > Apps > Menu (three dots) > Reset app preferences. This will reset all app preferences, including disabled apps, notifications, and permissions. Note that this action may also reset your home screen layout.
Ensure there is enough storage space: Insufficient storage space on your phone can cause various issues, including disappearing shortcuts. Delete unnecessary files or apps to free up space.
Check for disabled apps: Sometimes, shortcuts may disappear if the associated app is disabled. Go to Settings > Apps and ensure that the apps associated with the missing shortcuts are enabled.
