Right, but I think you have to add an SMS app also in secure folder to get SMS.

SMS app and its depended app like SMS storage also need to be added inside a secure folder.

Without any reception... isolated secure folder doesn't get any SMS from outside.

If you don't get SMS access.. then you have to try other SMS apps. Just install it inside the secure folder.. and test normal SMS is working or not before Banking.

The Samsung Secure Folder is a great feature for keeping sensitive data private, but it can sometimes cause issues with app functionality.

To solve the problem of your bank app not being able to access SMS within the Secure Folder, try the following:

Method 1: Allow SMS Access within Secure Folder
1. Open the *Secure Folder* app.
2. Tap on *Settings* (three vertical dots) > *Secure Folder settings*.
3. Scroll down to *Permissions*.
4. Find *SMS* and toggle the switch to *Allow*.

Method 2: Move Bank App outside Secure Folder
1. Open the *Secure Folder* app.
2. Tap on *Settings* (three vertical dots) > *Secure Folder settings*.
3. Scroll down to *Apps*.
4. Find your *bank app* and tap on the *three vertical dots* next to it.
5. Select *Move to device* to move the app outside the Secure Folder.

Method 3: Use an Alternative Authentication Method
1. Check with your bank to see if they offer alternative authentication methods, such as:
- OTP (One-Time Password) via email or authenticator app.
- Biometric authentication (fingerprint, face, or iris scan).
- Physical token or smart card.

Additional Troubleshooting Steps
1. Ensure your bank app is updated to the latest version.
2. Check if other apps within the Secure Folder are experiencing similar issues.
3. Reach out to Samsung support or your bank's customer support for further assistance.

By trying these methods, you should be able to resolve the issue and use your bank app within the Secure Folder or find an alternative solution.
