not from notifications panel but you can do it by edge panel

I think your device is having edge panel so try that
or
use one hand operation+
or
use accessibility>Interaction and Dexterity>Assistant menu feature
or
download goodlock app>navstar module and it will help in placing screenshot button on the navigation bar

one more option is hold the volume button and power button simultaneously for screen shot

When you enable assistant menu, if you close the icon which you see on screen it will go to notification panel.
