I was really shocked yesterday,that my friend has Samsung galaxy A10s and he have screencast but I have the same phone and I don't have screencast.

Why is that?

You can find it inside notification toggles named smart view
If it is not visible then add it by;
Three vertical dots at top right corner > edit buttons.
Scroll down and you will find it

Galaxy A10s doesn't support screen share
You can do it with third pary applications
