Screen freezing in A52s

In recent days when I receive a call screen freezed no response in touch

After I forced shutdown using power and volume down key. Then restarted my phone it's working fine.

I faced lot of times this problem.

My phone is upto date updated.
I am also try factory reset option too. But problem not solved.

Visit service center and ask them to flash software

Today only I flash software in service center waiting for result
