That's really unfortunate. Remember, there's a reason Samsung don't include screen recording with these phones, cause the phone specifications do not technically "allow it," and they knew customers would complain or it would become a them problem.

Screen recorder is an android feature not a One UI Feature. It came with Android 11. But still i understand what Samsung Is Doing
