i want screen flash feature for my Galaxy A5 2016 camrea settings ..becuse i m using this feature in my phone when i capture photo in whats app ...but i need this feature in the default camera...

Thanks for sharing your concern. As of now there is no such procedure to change any device network compatibility from 3G to 4G as the same technology is provided at the time of manufacturing only.
