Screen Black crush issue on A7 2018

Whenever dark scene or image with black gradient is on phone screen especially in low ambient light. There is pixelation in the gradient and it is not smooth. Also, there is a grey tint in dark images or videos.

i havent got it corrected. the issue is still there. even samsung representatives arent helping.

The service centre person told me that it is a software issue.

Now it is upto samsung to correct the issue by providing software update. But I don't think they are aware of such a problem.

Yep even s9 had same issue... but it being flagship was quickly corrected by samsung.
