already cleared all app cache still freezing among others bugs and glitches what can i do?

I am facing white line on the middle of the screen on my galaxy a71 after updating software and I contacted the service centre they advised to replace the screen and it will cost INR 6600.Why should I pay Inr 6000 whoch is not in my fault.also even we replace the screen samsung doesnt guarantee on the new replaced screenso i am concerned that after another software update again chance of damaging the screen.I believe the white line issue is due to poor quality materials is being used in the handset.can aomeone please advise on the issue? Now iam very much concerned to buy samsung phones based on my recent experience.
