it is compatibility issue now a days otg coming with model specific buy which compatible to your device, it should mentioned ur device name/ model or atleast mentioned as "supported all type c devices
Please be assured and to resolve "OTG" issue kindly follow the given below steps:
1) Check USB connection :- Perform interactive checks through the Samsung Member apps (Samsung members -> Get Help -> Interactive checks -> Charger/USB).
2) Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears >Press and hold the power off icon. Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.
