Ever since I updated to android 13 the mouthpiece records at a very low rate/ frequency....unless you shout. Even on a phone call its just the same..what can I do please

Did you mean android 14? Maybe try waiting for the next security patch

I have the same model and software phone and don't have that problem. Try running the diagnostic to see if the mic is faulty.

The mouthpiece works but it's not as sensitive as it was ...it has reduced....it used to record sounds from a distance so clear
