Samsung a51 crash when connecting to VPN - Android 10

Hello experts,

I have recently got my new A51 with Android 10, and trying to setup L2TP IPSEC/PSK VPN (also tried openvpn but still same issue) on it.   Configuration works well, it connects and immediately causes phone to crash and restart everytime you connect VPN.  I have checked the same issue existed on A50 as well, where Samsung issued OTA patch to fix it but unfortunately their new device came out with bug.

I have tried twice to perform factory reset but no luck!

Will someone advise if you faced similar issue and any workaround found? It renders useless to connect any VPN from the phone.

I am trying to reach out to Samsung support on Webchat but no luck so far!

We suggest that it's better to send an Error report, and we advise you to visit the Service center for check up.

Can you please advise steps to create and send Error report?

By the way, I have tried this in another similar model of mobile and same issue persists.

I have tried reaching samsung support chat, but no use. I am not sure if service center guys can help?

Same issue in Samsung M21. Triggers a bootloop with an always on VPN. Seems a One UI 2.0 or even Android 10 issue. Please confirm bug.
