Samsung a51 after android 12 update problem

After the android 12 update. My phone is slow and heating issue.  And some time it stuck and phone phone restart it self. 'What i do ' any suggestions ?

I just did a factory restore
The phone got over heated near the front camera area and my display now got color issues now
The blue color and red color won't work properly there
Now waiting at service centre for a solution

Where i clear cache memory?

Go to setting then >> apps >> open one by one app>> go to storage option>> clear cache.

First switch off the phone. Then press power & volume up button at same time. The bootloader menu will appear. Then press the vlolume down button and select wipe cache partition and press power button.better search on youtube how to wipe cache partition.
