Samsung a50 stuck on "Phone is starting"

After an update to Android 10 i restarted my phone  my phone boosts up normally but my phone is stuck on "Phone is restarting" and i have only access to the Setting.Please,i need help .There are very important files and data.

Wait for sometime if it still doesn't works then go to recovery mode and restart device.

I tried this and nothing happened :(

Well then give it time, hope u tried the force restart using volume and power keys.
Try it - Press and hold the Volume Down button and don’t release it yet.
While holding down the volume button, press and hold the Power key as well. 
Keep both keys held down together for 15 seconds or more.

1. Turn off the device. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power keys. When the Galaxy A50 logo shows, release all three keys.
2. Your Galaxy A50 will continue to boot up into the Recovery Mode. Once you see a black screen with blue and yellow texts, proceed to the next step.
3. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
4. Press Power key to select. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
5. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
6. Press the Power key to restart the device.
Hope it helps otherwise ull have to factory reset device. Also pls mark it as solution if it works.

Give it time once it rebots after wiping cache partitions
