plz make a new update and bring with secure folder.All user reports it still Samsung give a new update on secure folder

Secure folder or any knox related apps are not optimized for coreui as of now.. So not possible even if you have knox hardware.. In future maybe.. If Samsung wants..

no secure folder in one ui core device bro ...even after it contains built-in knox security service support

Your device is having knox security version 3.5 but its running on core ui..so, that's why secure folder is not available in your device..
