Galaxy A1. Turn off your device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears, then release both.
3. Use the Volume Down button to navigate to "Wipe Cache Partition" and press the Power button to select it.
4. Confirm the action, then select "Reboot System Now."

Galaxy A2. Go to Settings > Apps > Show System Apps (via the three-dot menu).
3. Search for "Package Installer" or "Google Play Services."
4. Tap Force Stop, then Clear Cache.

Galaxy ATurn off your device.
2. Press and hold the Power button until the Samsung logo appears.
3. Release the Power button and immediately press and hold the Volume Down button.
4. Keep holding Volume Down until the phone boots up. "Safe Mode" should appear at the bottom of the screen.
5. If the phone works properly in Safe Mode, uninstall any recently downloaded apps that could be causing the problem.
