Samsung One UI 7 and Android 15

Is their any software update regarding one UI 7 and Android 15 for Samsung galaxy A23 5g.

While I am purchasing mobile on box it says 2 Os updates, but still I got one update, one UI 6 and Android 14.

Is there any reason for that ?
