There was a time when the J series and online on series was doing good until it is overtaken by cheap chinese products.
devices like j5, j7, j7 nxt, on nxt,j8, j7 prime
offcourse plus point for super amoled display ,
but there samsung used average processor and even worst on that no basic sensors on it....obiviously plastic body, no display protection. and all phones were j and on was almost identical specifications.
look what happened now no one is willing to buy j series device.
now look a6 and a6+ more costly for their specifcations, but mostly their average processors....and no one is willing to buy them now.
(i purchased a6 and regreted, so many problems after pie update).
and upto that samsung didnt listened their loyal custmers.....
and market is flooded with chinese brands and samsung loosing its ground then it started giving good processors for price by giving new a series but it still has many issues mostly about a50 in here forums i found.
also i have many problems after pie update and i posted here also,
but samsung custmer care have more bots than humans...they are always ready to give same bot replys 'we are sorry for your inconvinience' 'we are taking your feedback' but NO action.
thats the way samsung works for there loyal custmers.
