Samsung Galaxy A71 No "Volte Option"

I just bought samsung a71
 A71 no "VoLTE calls SIM 1" or "SIM 2" option
I want to use 4.5G internet but i dont want to use Volte calls.

Please help me

what is this 4.5g .. never heard
i know 4g or 5g ..
also I can only see one sim network
please keep 2 Sims to see both sim1 and sim2

4g was named as 4.5 in our country, anyway. problem is not this.

I want to use 4.5G internet

but I want to close hd when i use to video call.

Because I am calling does not have hd feature on who the person's phone.

I hope I was able to explain my problem correctly
