In the phone inspite I had turned on vivid color mode under screen mode for the display colors it still feels like natural and a bit warmer tone, in the YouTube when we play a video it really feels like a bit warmer color tone, I tried modifying white balance to cool but still doesn't works, and when we swipe up the video for going into the full screen mode for a moment it displays the actual vivd color then it goes to the natural mode again and it's really annoying.

If you are watching hdr content then the screen will automatically turns to warmer tone, its natural.

no in the general hd mode or simply in the ui it feels a bit warmer tone, seems like a yellowish layer over the screen

Also check your eye comfort shield settings.

And hdr content should be seen in that way, or else you won't be able to see all the true hdr colours.
