Samsung Galaxy A53 5G

A higher midrange phone like Samsung Galaxy A53 does not support 4k hdr streaming even not 2k! Where nowadays other renowned brands entry level phone has it. This is my first samsung smartphone buy! I fooled 😔

Go for national consumer helpline... We awsted our money for low grade product...a53 not able to keep their specifications.now i doubtful about the other specification also

I'm a little confused here, I must admit.
Ofc if our screen is 1080p then 4k will be a gimmick but look at the screen resolution dude.
M31 - 2340 x 1080
A53 - 2400 x 1080
How come having nearly the same screen resolution does not result in the same supported video playback? Please do the honor of explaining how screen resolution works 🙏🏻

Isn't it ironic that our device supports 4k video recording but not 4k playback 🤣
