Galaxy AAfter 1 month my son's A50 had automatically bent. No misuse, no scratches or cracks. Bent so badly it can see-saw with glass screen lying face down. We put in a warranty claim from the store of purchase (Officeworks, AUSTRALIA) not knowing what is the cause of the problem (we thought maybe the battery was overheating or faulty) but SAMSUNG reports there is nothing wrong with the battery and it cannot be claimed under warranty. I obviously was not happy with this response and have esculated the matter with Samsung Customer Care. I am going to fight for either a replacement or refund of money. The phone is obviously of poor workmanship and Samsung needs to own up to their mistakes and compensate people for their losses.

Galaxy APlease explain how you can use a phone too roughly when there is no other physical damage. There are no scratches, dents, cracks and he doesn't have any back pockets in his pants so there is no chance of sitting on it. It's simply poor quality materials and workmanship. How can it be happening to so many people, sometimes there is such a thing as a "lemon" model, Samsung needs to accept that there is an issue with this model and either replace it or give the customers a refund.

Galaxy AHaving the same issue. Noticeably bent phone. Recently replaced due to a screen crack and I can see a bend starting in the phone after 2 weeks.

Galaxy AHey Amanda I noticed a slight bent in my A50 too , it's not that it happened because of rough usage or something it could have happened while the phone was in a pocket.
Crux: the phone is made slim that it would fail a bend test

Galaxy AMy A51 had the same problem . Went to charge it and it would not charge .Thats when I noticed that the phone bent. Same thing no scratches no marks it looked like I just bought the phone. Not even 4 month old. No warranty had to pay for new phone. When I spoke to one of the Samsung techs online , he said"it sound like the battery has over heated and swelled . I bought my phone from Optus and could not believe how rude the sales person was to me, saying that I had sat on my phone and cause it to bent. This is the last Samsung phone or any Samsung product that I will buy. I'm stilling waiting for a result from my dispute case which was lodged back in January.

Galaxy AI bought an a51 less than 4 hours ago. Haven't used it because they didn't have any cases and I'm scared to damage it, so I'm using my old phone on Hotspot until I get one. However, I took the phone out about 20 minutes ago to see of ot had finished setting up and it is NOTICEABLY bent!!

Galaxy AAnybody else's Samsung tablet a7 bent on its own? I bought one only 2 months ago and it's always been on a stand barely handled and just noticed it is seriously bent and stopped working.
