I just recieved a brand new phone. I've been testing it out for a day now, but something feels terribly  wrong with the screen sensitivity.  The edges of the screen, especially the top part of the screen is incredibly difficult to click. I have to press buttons about 7 times until something happens. It's incredibly irritating and I don't see any way to  adjust the touch sensitivity. The center of the screen works as it should, but the edges don't respond that well. Not  sure where to go from here.

Hi Osvetlit

Please note that the A21s does not have the functionality to adjust screen touch sensitivity. You may take the device back to the point of sale to have it assessed for faults with 7 days of purchase.

In the meantime you could do a self test within the Samsung Members application. There's an option whereby you can check your phone's touch sensitivity and if it is functioning correctly, as well as many other tests for your phone.
