Samsung's newest Galaxy A-series smartphone, the Galaxy A20, will go on sale in India for the first time today. The company announced the Galaxy A20 last week as an affordable mid-range smartphone that touts a Super AMOLED display, 3D glasstic design, ultra wide-angle camera and a large battery, among other things. The Galaxy A20 falls in between the Galaxy A10 and Galaxy A30 as far as pricing is concerned.
The Galaxy A20 is priced at Rs 12,490 and comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Samsung announced that the Galaxy A20 will be available starting April 8 on the Samsung e-Store, Samsung Opera House, leading e-commerce platforms and retail stores across the country. At the time of writing this story, the Galaxy A20 was yet to be listed on e-commerce stores or Samsung's official website.
In terms of specifications, the Galaxy A20 offers a lot of the same features as the Galaxy M20. It sports a 6.4-inch HD+ (1560x720) Infinity-V Super AMOLED display. Like most other Samsung phones in this segment this year, the Galaxy A20 gets a waterdrop notch to reduce bezels and offer an immersive display.
