Samsung Galaxy A20 camera problem

My camera doesn't want to focus, I've tried everything. Even factory reset my whole phone.

Hi. Has this been a problem since purchase¿
If not... it could be that your recent software update caused the bug.
The best thing to do is taking it back to the service provider.
I wouldn't advice running a 3rd party fix except if you really know what you're doing

Okay thank you, no my camera was quite excellent till about 4 days ago. But I didn't notice that it even had an update?

Hi there try these steps. Go to settings apps camera, clear cache. Then try to go to settings camera reset settings. Your issues will be resolved

Here's a tip ..try putting a subject close to it and put another far back then remove the front one
