Samsung Android Update Schedule and Other improvements

I am using Samsung since its Corby series and so on. I tried hands-on on nearly every launched smartphones and like the way Samsung comes up with innovation every time and now since the fold display was seen at Samsung Event before few days it is also in my bucket list. Apart from improvisation from Touchwiz to Samsung Experience Home, I always appreciate how you tried to give utmost all to your consumer, but here are my few observations and few suggestions for Samsung Team, I hope you can consider these:

1. Launching schedule of new smartphones: I know samsung is very frequent in this segment but if you blindly follow the aggressive marketing techniques like Oppo and Vivo does, it always one thing which suffers which is quality. The way Exynos processors were marketed with the mid range devices is purely like what others are giving a cheaper processors like MediaTek. Instead of aggressive marketing of your own product, stable processors must be given whatever name you can give if you produce the same on your own. I have seen plenty of new devices launched in short span of time which confuses the consumer which to buy and which one not to buy, because they only see Samsung as a brand but what is inside they usually ignore. So, if you apply the aggressive market strategy then you must think about the consumer behaviour and launch enough phones for which you can give best quality. Though, Exynos processors are good but how you marketed lower range phones with lower range processors with higher price compare to other smartphone manufacturers, it seems you must be think upon quality which others don't focus usually.

2. Customer care and after sale services: Many of us here will agree with me that after sale services on Samsung care is below average, even I have face it. Once in beginning of this year I bought brand new Samsung Galaxy J7pro, due to negligence the Screen was broken and I gave it to care centre to apply the new screen but instead of applying new screen the representative over there written wrong problem which wasn't even existed in the phone which led the engineer in the wrong direction and due to the same phone was rigged and cost more than the amount of which I have bought the phone. Though I had trust in this segment which can have drastic improvements and in the same hope I again bought new phone in August i.e., Samsung Galaxy A6 . If we compare the quality of after sale support, other brands are also suffering in this segment but being an international brand Samsung have much more sources to give proper and quality support to their customer. I hope this will also considered as a suggestion for betterment.

And last but not the least.

3. Update Schedule and it's clear announcement:
Due to more focus on market share, Samsung started producing higher range of devices and this is the sole reason where customer was increased but the important aspect was ignored i.e., to provide better security patches from android and updates the android version time to time. Since last couple of years market of smartphones have opened the doors for new entrants and few of them succeeded as well, like, Mi, Oppo, Vivo and Asus. They targeted mid range segment and focuses on middle range devices and again in doing the same they have ignored the said aspect of updation of Android OS on timely basis. Unlike Apple, which proudly produces single smartphone in a year and launches atleast 3 variant every year gives them proper time and space to work on their updates and that is the main reason why almost all older devices can run on their latest OS. This aspect and this strategy in Samsung works for their flagship devices only, but let me reminded you the share in market is very high for mid range devices and hence they are the prime profit generator for Samsung which simply ignored by keeping few flagship holders happy. Samsung should more and more focused about the update schedule and work on it. Atleast your customer should have clarity.

Dear readers, I also wanted to give more suggestions regarding improvements but due to the limited size of text I couldn't write too much. Hence, if you find it helpful for raising this important improvements needed to be focused by Samsung, please share it and add a valuable comment here in case I have missed anything.

Hi guys,
Please support and share this issue if you find it a genuine issue with all samsung users. Your support can make this implemented by samsung developers faster. Samsung admin has also responded now by the support from all of you. More support needed. Please help to make this happen. It is for all of us. Thank you....
